What You'll Do

• Design and bring to life our game-changing dark-store warehouse concept
• Lead daily warehouse operations with efficiency and food safety as your north star
• Develop state-of-the-art inventory control systems
• Synergize with purchasing and delivery teams to create a seamless customer experience
• Champion quality control measures that set new standards in the industry
• Build and inspire a dream team of warehouse professionals
• Analyze and optimize warehouse metrics, driving continuous improvement
• Strategize for hypergrowth as we set our sights on UAE-wide expansion
• Ensure we're not just meeting, but exceeding UAE regulations in food storage
• And last but not least, you have to absolutely in love with food, after all it all comes down to being Gusto

What You Bring to the Table

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the food and beverage industry
• Proven ability to set up and optimize warehouse operations
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse management software
• Experience with food safety regulations and best practices
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement
• Proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the dynamic world of food and beverage or HoReCa sectors
• Familiarity with the unique challenges of organic or specialty food products
• Knowledge of UAE food storage regulations and practices
