What you will do

• Be the Ruchir's right hand, left hand, and occasional spare brain. Anticipate their needs before they even realise them.

• Guard his calendar like a hawk. Prioritise ruthlessly, question every meeting, replace 50% of them with an email, protect their maker time, and keep them laser-focused on what matters most.

• Keep the trains running on time. You will know everything that needs to happen for Identity Labs to achieve its goals. You're the ultimate project manager, ensuring key initiatives stay on track and stakeholders are always in the loop.

• Sweat the small stuff to make room for Ruchir to focus on the big stuff. Expense reports, travel planning, you keep things humming behind the scenes.

50% - Time Gatekeeper: Manage the Ruchir's calendar, communications, and commitments. Create systems to streamline their workflow and keep them focused on the highest-leverage activities.

30% - Detail-Oriented Project Manager: Own critical projects from start to finish. Coordinate resources, manage timelines, and proactively communicate updates. Spot issues before they become problems and keep everything on track.

20% - Random Tasks: Handle any and all random tasks that come your way with a smile and no ego. Whether it's booking travel, filing expenses, or preparing for a big meeting, you're always ready to jump in and get it done.

• You have OCD for organization. You use excel to track everything, you get excited at the sight of an operations problem that you can solve with a system, you colour code your calendar, you love staying on-top of things, you feel anxious when you don’t have your week planned. You get a high from dealing with people, making operations streamlined and running things day-to-day.
• You're a master of figuring things out - No matter what challenge comes your way, you know how to find the answer. You're not afraid to dive into ChatGPT, scour YouTube tutorials, tap your network for advice, or bug Ruchir until you have what you need. Your resourcefulness knows no bounds. In your world, everything is figureoutable.
• You have a sixth sense for when something is off - A misplaced decimal point, a scheduling conflict, a key stakeholder left off an email - you spot issues before they become problems. Your attention to detail borders on the uncanny. Nothing gets past you, and as a result, mishaps are few and far between.
• You're incredibly responsive and always on - You're the type of person who always has their phone nearby and never misses a message. Whether it's a call, text, or email, you're known for your lightning-fast responses.
