Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team full-time. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction by understanding customer issues and providing optimal, timely resolutions. As the first point of contact for customers, your primary duties will include troubleshooting problems and delivering excellent support to maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and support requests.
• Understand, diagnose, and troubleshoot customer issues effectively.
• Provide accurate and timely solutions, following up to ensure complete resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
• Record and maintain detailed logs of customer interactions and solutions.
• Communicate with customers via email, phone, and chat, ensuring professional and clear responses.
• Maintain adherence to company policies, processes, and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Monitor performance metrics and continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service.
