Lead Generation Specialist

We’re looking for a driven Lead Generation Specialist for a remote, commission-based role for the initial 3 months, with the opportunity to transition to a fixed salary + commission afterward.

You will play a critical part in identifying and qualifying new leads, conducting in-depth research, creating tailored email campaigns, and engaging with potential clients to support the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify new business leads.
• Conduct market research to identify potential prospects.
• Create and optimize cold email sequences.
• Communicate effectively with prospects via email and other channels.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in cold outreach and lead generation.
• Proficiency with cold email platforms. (Instantly.ai, Smartlead.ai, Manyreach.com)
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Experience working with the US and Canadian markets.
• Demonstrated success in driving new business.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Experience working with CRM software.
