The Role:
We participate in several events each year, including conferences, summits, trade shows, regional events, strategic events, and our own customer conference. Reporting to the Sr. Field Marketing Manager, the Part-Time Fixed-Term Field Marketing Consultant will be responsible for supporting the Field Marketing team in executing marketing campaigns, coordinating events and trade shows, and analyzing campaign performance to enhance our marketing efforts. Project work will take approximately twenty hours per week, over a three month time period. There is opportunity to extend.
In this role you will
1. Campaign Management Support
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels including email, social media, and direct mail.
- Contribute to the creation and editing of content for marketing initiatives.
2. Marketing Materials Development
- Assist in the design and production of marketing materials such as flyers, posters, and digital advertisements.
- Ensure all materials align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
3. Event and Trade Show Coordination
- Provide logistical and onsite support for trade shows and regional events, including booth setup and staffing.
- Coordinate promotional activities such as meals and giveaways for events.
- Work closely with the events team, sales, and customer success departments to ensure effective participation and representation at trade shows.
4. Customer Engagement
- Support the field marketing and events team in organizing state and regional custom events aimed at promoting customer retention and acquiring new business.
- Assist in managing on-site event requirements and customer interactions.
5. Data Analysis and Reporting
- Track and analyze key marketing statistics using CRM systems.
- Assist in post-event follow-up and analysis to evaluate the success and ROI of trade show efforts.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing metrics, including leads, conversions, and campaign influence.
6. Collaboration and Communication
- Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure consistency in marketing messages and strategies.
- Participate in team meetings and provide updates on project statuses and outcomes.

Required
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience with all aspects of event support, budget coordination, logistics, vendor negotiation, and marketing
- A strong background working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, creative/design, and operations to achieve messaging and planning to execute a well-detailed event
- Strong empathy towards others with the ability to create and nurture relationships across multiple teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and effectively able to communicate with other business leaders and the C-Suite level, and maintain long-term relationships with internal teams, prospects, and vendors
A reasonable estimate of the current range is $50/hr to $65/hr USD. Within the range, individual pay depends on various factors including geographical location and review of experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant.
