Technical Writer / Resume Consultant (Full Time)

We are looking for Technical Writers who would be working with top-notch clientele from across the globe and help them write and re-write their profiles. The job involves a lot of Senior (CXO) to Mid-Level customer interaction and profile understanding.

Immense learning guaranteed. In one year, you would be able to hold a conversation with any personality working on almost anything, anywhere in the world.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Write highly technical documents which include professional portfolios, resumes, CVs, Social media profiles, biographies & other documents for clients.
2. Extensively use MS Office to produce high-quality, professional-looking documents. Showcase excellent spoken & written communication skills when dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
3. Talking with customers and delivering assignments as per SLAs. Confident speaker, not afraid to talk to CXO level customers & Directors of companies.
4. Undertake secondary research activities to come up with unique, innovative document formats and content strategies.
5. Research for relevant content for various profiles; content / industry jargon to use. Careful scrutiny of documents developed for clients.
6. Ensure that each document meets prescribed Quality Standards and Norms.
7. Strong client servicing orientation with abilities in communicating with clients at the highest level to understand needs and aspirations.
8. Should be able to work under minimum supervision
