Jr.Business Developer (Clone)

Job Responsibility:
Lead Generation: Identify and acquire high-quality leads through various channels including social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.
Lead Funnel Creation: Develop and manage lead funnels to ensure a steady flow of potential clients.
Advertising Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
Company Listings: List the company on relevant listing websites to enhance visibility and attract potential leads.
Cold Emailing: Send out cold emails on a daily basis to reach potential clients and generate interest in our services.
Cold Calling: Conduct cold calls when necessary to follow up on leads and convert them into potential business opportunities.
Campaign Tracking: Monitor and track the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, etc.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and campaign performance to management.
Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for lead generation.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation or business development.
Proven experience in creating and tracking lead generation campaigns.
Experience in cold emailing and cold calling with demonstrated results.
Familiarity with online advertising platforms and CRM systems.
Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and optimize accordingly.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Highly organized with strong time management skills.
Proactive and self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets.
