We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented B2B Lead Generation Executive to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates looking to start their career in sales and marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads through cold calling, email marketing, and other outreach methods, identifying potential clients, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.
Location : Work from home from Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, or Thiruvananthapuram .Apply only if you are in these cities, relocation assistance not provided.
Shift timings : IST 6pm to 2 am.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for business opportunities.
Utilize various online and offline sources to gather contact information of potential clients.
Initiate contact with prospects through cold calling, email marketing, and social media to introduce the company and its offerings.
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage and nurture leads.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass them to the sales team for further engagement.
Maintain and update the lead database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
Track and report on lead generation activities and results.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement lead generation campaigns.
Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
Multitask and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines and targets.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Basic understanding of B2B sales and marketing principles.
Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools is a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced sales environment.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
