Founder in Residence

LabEight* is a dynamic venture studio that partners with visionary entrepreneurs to explore markets, experiment with ideas, and create groundbreaking products. We’re on a mission to identify untapped opportunities in the B2B SaaS space (Enterprise, Transformative AI and Web3) and turn innovative concepts into thriving companies.

We are seeking Founders in Residence who are ready to embark on the exciting journey of building a startup from the ground up. As a Founder in Residence, you will work closely with our team to explore market opportunities, test and validate ideas, and ultimately step into the role of Founder and CEO of a new venture.

We welcome founders, whether they have specific ideas or not. Our studio supports individuals with clear ideas, as well as those eager to start a venture, equipped with the skills, ambition, and determination to build something exceptional.

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth market research to uncover high-potential opportunities.
• Develop, test, and refine business ideas and product concepts.
• Collaborate with the LabEight* team to build and iterate on product prototypes.
• Lead the formation and growth of a new startup, driving the company’s vision and strategy.
• Engage with potential customers, gather feedback, and refine the product-market fit.
• Assemble and lead a talented team to scale the company.
• Partner with LabEight* to secure funding and drive the company’s growth trajectory.

Compensation:

• You will receive a stipend for 6 months, while incubated at the studio.
• Significant equity stake in the company to be launched
• Annual Salary will be allocated once funds are raised.
