About Us:
Kirana Club is a LinkedIn for Kiranas, where retailers connect with other retailers and FMCG brands to discuss business. 20 Lakh+ Kiranas on the platform discuss which brands to sell, new product launches & brand schemes.
Our goal is two-fold:
- To provide Kiranas with a platform where they get neutral and trusted information that empowers them to scale their business.
- To provide FMCG brands a platform to digitally reach Kiranas and influence their purchase decisions instead of depending only on feet on the street.
What will you do?
- Insight Generation:
- Analyze ongoing brand campaigns to extract actionable insights.
- Identify opportunities for improving engagement and outcomes based on data.
- Explore user posts, engagement, and other data points to find trends that can help us connect with relevant brands at the right time.
- Leverage data to uncover insights about brands we are currently in talks with, guiding strategic decision-making.
- Strategic Recommendations:
- Propose data-driven adjustments to ongoing campaigns to better align with brand objectives.
- Collaborate with the brand team to refine strategies based on emerging trends and insights.
- Identify gaps and suggest new initiatives that could drive additional value for our brand partners.
- Business Acumen:
- Understand the broader business context to make recommendations that align with both brand and business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure insights are effectively translated into actions.
- Data-Driven Approach:
- Independently dig into the data to find insights “without waiting for requests”.
- Ensure data quality and integrity in all analyses and reports.
- Stay updated with the latest tools and techniques in data analytics to bring the best practices to the table.
Who are we looking for?
- Graduate from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 college.
- 2+ years of experience in analytics.
- Previous experience of working at a consulting company is a big plus.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive projects forward.
