Job Description
Senior Business Analyst is an Individual Contributor role where you would be involved in identifying complex fuzzy problems, breaking them down into smaller parts and implementing creative, data-driven solutions. You would be responsible for defining, tracking and improving key metrics for Insyncai’s clients and communicating business trends, insights to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will play a role in the development of multiple parts of the business by analyzing past, current, and future business trends.

Responsibilities
We believe in a setup where our engineers get to experience most components of our platform though they might be experts in one/few areas. Here are some areas where based on your choice & experience you would be working on:

  • Be the data, insights & analytics champion of the team
  • Drive data insights for all of our Conversational AI clients
  • Lead efforts of building/buying/implementing tools for all data management & analytics
  • Co-own the product roadmap for analytics & reporting infrastructure
  • Be owner of all data and insights requests from all clients
  • Work with engineering team to continuous improve measurement, analytics and reporting needs for the platform per growing customers & market needs
  • Communicate results to key stakeholders to support informed business decisions by providing in-depth analysis and recommendations

Requirements

  • Undergraduate and/or graduate degree in Business Administration, Math, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or other quantitative field
  • 3-6 years experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or other type of data analysis-focused functions
  • Proven ability to wrangle large dataset, explore and utilize raw data feeds
  • Strong SQL, Excel and Data Analysis expertise to access and transform data into insights
  • Demonstrated aptitude toward Data Storytelling and Root Cause Analysis using data
  • Excellent understanding of statistical principles backed by an academic foundation
  • Experience with Tableau or other visualization tools.
  • Bringing in Advanced analytics skills with Database management knowledge will be an added advantage.
  • Good communication & presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a self-guided manner
