As we zip through our 0-1 journey and scale, we're looking for a strategic, resourceful, and highly organized Chief of Staff to join our Founder's Office. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the founders in driving the company’s next 10x growth, setting strategies, and executing key initiatives. This role is ideal for ambitious and talented operators who want to gain holistic experiende running a startup business and see themselves as future entrepreneurs and functional leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the founders to identify strategic growth areas and implement business strategies
Project Management: Lead and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely and successful execution aligned with company goals.
Operational Efficiency: Optimize and oversee day-to-day operations, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring alignment with the company’s vision.
Communication: Serve as a bridge between the founders and the broader team, ensuring clear communication of goals, priorities, and expectations.
Decision Support: Provide analytical support to the founders, helping to assess opportunities, risks, and the potential impact of decisions.
Special Projects: Lead and execute special projects as assigned by the founders, often requiring rapid iteration and a high degree of autonomy.
Stakeholder Management: Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring relationships are managed effectively.
Deepdive on key functional initiatives across product, marketing, sales and operations.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a startup environment, ideally in a role that required strategic oversight and cross-functional collaboration.
Education: A degree from a Tier 1 engineering institution or an MBA from a top-tier business school.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
