About the job
we are a tiny company building oss foundational models; this role will be primarily assisting me (Rahul) and my co-founder (Akshaj)
Looking for a generalist here, this role will kind of be all over the place but the core of it will be
- Managing my coms
- Task management - what are the things on my list to do in any given week/day and reminding of those things
- Taking on some of the more mundance tasks that need to get done
- Data Labelling
- Scheduling user interviews
The role will definitely be all over the place but can guarantee one thing - you will learn a ton and your network will grow substantially (we always try to pair fairly and slight above market, this is not one of those get paid with experience things)
Main things I am looking for
- Autonomy - if I am managing you what is the point
- Discipline/focus - I am looking to for someone to rain in/be guard rails on my all over place natural of my work
A bit about the voice company of san fransisco
> we are building end-to-end conversational voice models, so you will get to work directly with me on frontier language models.
>
the company is tiny, just my co-founder and i, you will have incredible potential for growth working with us and there will plenty of room to get into a product/growth role in the future. we have a tiny bit of money, so the pay will be lower end of market but as we raise more money we will increase this
This role will be remote (to start out) and will be in PST, we don’t care where you are but the more overlap with PST the better
