Base Commission: A base commission of up to $1500 per month.

Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential high-ticket clients, understanding their needs and how Aftermarkett can fulfill them.
Work closely with our team to learn and apply our proven client fulfillment technique.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as the bridge between their needs and our solutions.
Achieve and exceed sales targets, with a focus on generating new business.
Provide feedback and insights from client interactions to help refine our offerings and approach.
Requirements:

Strong desire to learn and succeed in sales and marketing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and build rapport with potential clients.
Self-motivated and driven, with a willingness to put in the effort required to achieve results.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
No previous experience required, but a passion for sales and marketing is a must.

AfterMarkett Compensation Structure:

Commission-Based: This internship follows a commission structure designed to reward high performance.
Initial Target: Interns are expected to close 4 client deals. Until you achieve this milestone, you will earn $100 per sale, regardless of the sale value.
Tier-Based Model: After reaching the initial 4 sales target, you unlock a tier-based commission model. Starting from the 5th sale, your commission will be a percentage of the Total Sale Value (TSV), increasing with each tier you reach.
Example Tiers: (based on an average sale value of $1000).
4 sales: 10% commission, equating to $100 per sale
8 sales: 12% commission, equating to $120 per sale.
15 sales: 14% commission, equating to $140 per sale.
