Human Resources Intern

Responsibilities:

• Keep employees and candidate databases organized and updated.
• Coordinate and schedule calls and meetings with candidates and team members.
• Assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth process.
• Support day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, document management, and office coordination.
• Help track and manage company assets such as laptops, phones, and other office equipment.
• Basic work on Excel for data entry, tracking, and reporting.
• Assist with any additional HR and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Pursuing / completed undergraduate degree.
• Ability to multi-task, be resourceful, and work fast.
• Familiarity with basic Excel functions would be preferred.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Proactive and street-smart approach to problem-solving.
• Quick learner and able to work independently.

Duration: 2-3 months
