Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Growth Marketer to lead our efforts in scaling organic traffic, and qualified leads through aggressive and innovative tactics scaling from SEO, outbound email, paid search, and more. We are looking for someone highly skilled at building automation workflows, familiar with modern GTM tooling, and excited about scaling a rapidly growing SaaS product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize tools like Apollo.io, Smartlead and Hubspot to drive outbound campaigns to net new leads
- Develop and execute aggressive strategies to scale organic traffic (SEO)
- Create, manage, and optimize landing pages to drive user engagement and conversions, spearhead new website landing pages
- Manage a team of writers to produce high-quality, SEO-optimized content.
- Build automation across our outbound and PLG stack to drive increased conversions
- Craft and execute strategies for ranking core low-funnel keywords
- Lead inbound led outbound strategies to accounts unveiled via 6Sense, Warmly, and RB2B, built associated automation
- Implement a robust reporting system to track and measure the success of SEO and content marketing initiatives.
- Plan and execute effective paid search campaigns across social media (Linkedin, Google, X)
What You Bring:
- Must have proven experience in SEO and content marketing, focusing on scaling organic traffic.
- Expertise in B2B SaaS and familiarity with CMS solutions.
- Must have experience crafting email campaigns and building automation in tools like Hubspot and Apollo.io
- Nice to have: Google PPC, Facebook Ads,
- A 3 year + track record of success in B2B marketing achieving significant traffic acquisition, engagement and MQLs.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is preferred.
