We are a global fintech platform and graduates of the Founders Institute accelerator. We have completed our MVP, a multi-vendor platform, a pilot, and are about to officially launch in a few weeks.
We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Advisor to provide strategic guidance and support as we scale our business. This role is instrumental in shaping our brand identity, developing effective marketing campaigns, and driving customer acquisition.
Our platform spans multiple countries and languages. As we prepare to grow quickly over the next few months your guidance as a marketer is invaluable.

Responsibilities:
Develop and support execution of marketing strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
Brand building: Advise on the establishment and strengthening of our brand identity and messaging across all channels.
Market research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify target audiences, understand customer needs, and analyze competitor landscapes.
Campaign development: Conceptualize, develop, and support execution of marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, email, and content marketing.
Performance analysis: Track and measure marketing campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize results.
Budget management: Oversee marketing budget allocation and ensure optimal ROI.
Team collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design) to ensure alignment and achieve marketing goals.
Stay up-to-date: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies for startups.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in managing marketing budgets and optimizing ROI.
- Proficiency in various marketing channels and tools (social media, SEO, email marketing, CRM).
- Strong understanding of branding and messaging.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
