About the job
Digital Trons is looking for a motivated Business Development Lead to help expand our client base. This role is commission-only, with the potential for a small base pay, and focuses on driving business growth through new client acquisition.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential business leads across small to large enterprises.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with the technical team to align client needs with our services.
- Conduct market research, outreach, and manage deals from lead generation to closure.
Requirements:
- Experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management preferred.
- Understanding of software development services is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and close deals.
- Familiarity with the U.S. market is a plus.
