Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Understand client needs and tailor our services to meet their requirements.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure successful project delivery.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Business Developer, Sales Executive, or similar role in the software development industry.
Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Self-motivated, with a strong drive to achieve targets and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
