Growth Manager

OtoCo is building one of the primitives of the Web3 space: native onchain entities that allow anybody to become businesses owners no matter where they live by simply connecting their wallet.

We’ve organically grown to close to 1,500 onchain entities and are now looking to add a Growth Lead.

The ideal candidate is a creative self-starter who has been part of Web3 for at least 3 years, ideally in a growth role, and who likes to measure our Growth using relevant metrics:

• Solid web3 experience (3+ years) is crucial for understanding our product and market.
• Highly analytical and data-driven.
• Has previously led growth at another company.
• Strong affinity with the Web3 (sub-)culture and lingo - you will help form the “Growth” sector at OtoCo
• Fintech experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively engage with OtoCo’s growing community of users and followers using our official Telegram channel and X account
• Identify, evaluate, and experiment which (further) channels work best for growing our brand
• Upgrade our marketing automation to a more scalable system
• Drive growth and hit our targets
• Lead outreach efforts and implement marketing improvements across our website, newsletter, etc.
• Set up a comprehensive marketing outreach system
• Take initiative with the growth team to determine the best outreach strategies, timing, and platforms
• Take full ownership of our marketing and growth strategies
