OtoCo builds tools to help you form, fund and govern legal entities on blockchain. We let users instantly spin up a new Delaware or Wyoming LLC or a DAO for their Web3 project, tokenize its ownership, and provide plug-ins from a dAppstore to meet users' governance and company management needs.

OtoCo's development company is incorporated as a C-Corp in Delaware which is now looking to attract talent either as employees or contractors.
