Everyone on the team is a lover of web3, crypto, and blockchain technology. We're learning all the time and sharing new developments with our team and community. Community is deeply ingrained into our culture and our product. Everyone on the team is involved in the blockchain ecosystem: attending conferences, participating in AMAs or talks, and educating other groups in the space. OtoCo has worked with teams from Polygon, Aragon DAO, NEAR, Maker DAO, Gnosis, ETH Rio, and more. Blockchain as an industry thrives because organizations, protocols, and companies are constantly supporting, cooperating, and integrating with each other. Most software companies in the space are open-source first, and OtoCo leans into this by open-sourcing not only our entire code repository but also our legal agreements and documents. Between Telegram and Discord, the OtoCo community is more than 800 members strong. Many of these members are themselves users who have invested in our token launch. When it comes to recruiting, we tend to hire people who perform well in ambiguity. We're supportive of each other and new people, and everyone leaves their ego at the door to learn together. People take initiative in their work and everyone makes each role in OtoCo their own.
