We are looking for a Program Lead to lead our Small to Medium Business sales function. The
role would be dedicated full time to selling to accounts $10,000 and under.
Success in this role means having a calendar full of sales calls, closing deals, and reaching
sales targets. It also means figuring out how to automate, optimize, and improve our sales
process.
Exceptional performance in this role would also mean building partnerships with accelerators
and VC funds, contributing to the product experience of our small and mid-sized customers, and
figuring out unique demand-gen strategies to position our SMB/Startup offering in the market.
This role is a high-agency, high-accountability position. There are significant opportunities for
mentorship and on-the-job learning, but the candidate will have full responsibility for the
outcome of this position.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect, qualify, and generate new sales leads through outbound calls, emails, networking, and social selling strategies.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and align our compliance SaaS solutions to address client challenges and requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts.
- Drive the entire sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer success, and product development, to ensure successful deployment and adoption of our solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics consistently.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes affecting our target markets.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or software solutions. Ideal candidates would have sales experience in the SMB segment.
- Strong understanding of compliance, risk management, or related industries is a plus.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales automation tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to travel regularly for client meetings and industry events, as required.
- Fluent in American English
