What will you be doing?

• Architect and develop our groundbreaking product using cutting-edge technologies like tRPC, Drizzle, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS
• Lead technical decision-making, shaping both product and company trajectory
• Develop strategic technology positioning: refine existing technology vision and introduce new technology to build and enhance tech moat
• Collaborate with the team to refine features based on user insights
• Build and mentor a world-class engineering team as we scale
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, particularly in AI and large language models

Who are we?

Dreamwriter is a visionary, early-stage startup incorporated in July 2023. We've already acquired 1200+ free users and 45 paid customers with our Beta product. Backed by industry leaders, professional angel investors, and an early-stage VC, we're poised for explosive growth.
This role will report directly to the CEO.

Our CEO has spent 15 years in the B2B Martech space. He’s passionate about the problem Dreamwriter is solving and assembling the best-in-class team to achieve the vision. He will look to you to set the technology vision and drive day-to-day operations across engineering. You’ll also have a substantial opportunity to collaborate on other areas of the company.

Who are you?

• Passionate, hands-on developer. Building software to transform how GTM teams operate
• A full-stack maestro, equally comfortable with front-end and back-end development
• Have deep expertise in modern web technologies
• Intrigued by AI and large language models, with experience in prompt engineering
• Have a track record of success in startup environments
• Comfortable with getting hands dirty across UX, Server, and ML models
• Experience launching products from zero to one (nice to have)
• Experience with MarTech or RevTech landscape (nice to have)
• You hold a BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field
• Who should NOT apply?
