Role Overview:

As the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Lillith Corporation, you will be a driving force behind our technological vision and execution. This is a pivotal role that requires a visionary leader with a deep technical background and a passion for innovation. You will work alongside the founding team to build and scale our mobile and web platforms, ensuring they are secure, user-friendly, and compliant with all relevant regulations. This position offers the opportunity to shape the strategic direction of a pioneering health startup and grow it into a comprehensive sexual health platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the company's technological strategy, aligning it with our mission and vision.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of our iOS application and web platform for health services.
• Ensure the highest standards of security, privacy, and compliance across all systems and data.
• Drive integration with third-party applications for seamless result disclosure and verification.
• Build and manage a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Collaborate with the founding team to define product roadmap and technical requirements.
• Implement robust testing, deployment, and quality assurance processes to deliver a reliable and user-friendly experience.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance our platform.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience (7+ years) as a software engineer and technical leader, with a proven track record of developing and launching successful mobile and web applications.
• Deep expertise in iOS development (Swift) and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or similar frameworks).
• Strong knowledge of security best practices and experience with compliance regulations (HIPAA or similar).
• Experience with database design and management (SQL, NoSQL).
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and DevOps practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for health, wellness, and making a positive impact in the community.
• Previous startup experience and familiarity with the challenges and opportunities of a fast-growing company are highly desirable.
