Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough data analysis to understand user behavior, product performance, and market trends.
• Interpret data, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to inform product decisions and strategies.
• Collaborate with product managers to define product metrics, KPIs, and success criteria.
• Monitor key metrics and develop reports and dashboards to track product performance and effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities for product improvements and optimizations based on data-driven insights.
• Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and compelling presentations and reports.
• Test products, gather feedback, and analyze user responses to improve product features and functionality.
• Work closely with data engineers and analysts to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Prepare reports and presentations summarizing research findings and recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Proven professional startup organizational experience is a must.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a critical eye for accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and research methodologies.
• Passion for education and a keen interest in the EdTech industry.
