*Role *

As we continue to expand our product offerings and scale our operations, we're looking for a seasoned Technical Project Manager with deep expertise in Software Development Life Cycle (with prior knowledge and working experience in Python, React.js, and Data Engineering open source stack) to lead our cross-functional teams and drive the successful delivery of our projects.
This position will work across the Information Technology departments to ensure collaboration, communication, visibility, and successful delivery of projects spanning from critical small scale to large complex projects associated with an infrastructure as a service (IaaS) and software as a service (SaaS) technology environments.
A successful candidate will demonstrate relevant skills and experience in scope management, scheduling and planning, risk and dependency management, issue tracking, and status reporting. This individual is expected to build and manage strong working relationships with all members of the project team and other stakeholders.

*Key Responsibilities *

1. Lead end-to-end project management for complex technical initiatives, from project initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
2. Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation schedules, and budgets, and track progress against key milestones and deliverables.
3. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the project team, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
4. Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies, leveraging data and analytics to optimize project delivery and resource utilization. Conduct post-project reviews and make recommendations for continuous excellence in project execution and delivery.
5. Excellent Communication skills.

*Qualifications *

1. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science and Business Administration).
2. 6+ years of experience in technical project management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects in a startup or fast-paced environment, with deep expertise in data and ai based software development.
3. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with effective problem-solving and decision making abilities.
4. Ability to lead and manage projects.
5. Ability to think creatively and to drive innovation.
6. Familiarity with data analytics tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, Python, Spark, streaming analytics etc).
