Analytics Lead - Bobble AI

As Analytics Lead you will lead a team of Business Analysts and Data Engineers to
(a) define an agenda for how to apply advanced analytics techniques and solutions from any data
(b) deliver business insights which help drive business,
(c) lead the reporting function on key metrics and build BI solutions,
(d) implement data lake models and solution on big data full stack on cloud or on -premise

You will partner closely with business, product and technology teams to define and build innovative and delightful insights for them. You must be highly analytical and have the ability to break business problems down into steps that drive product development and business needs

Responsibilities

• Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across different groups with competing priorities;
• Possess great analytical abilities and judgment. Use quantitative and qualitative data to prioritize and influence, show creativity, experimentation and innovation, and drive projects with urgency in this fast-paced environment;
• Manages a team of Business Analysts and Data Engineers who use data and metrics to drive decision-making and innovate on behalf of the customer.

Basic Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Analytics field.
• Analytical and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of SQL, python, spark and visualization tools like Tableau/Quicksight or any BI tools
• Knowledge of ETL tools and automations for data pipelines
• Knowledge of Big Data structures and data models

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of SQL, pyspark, python and big data analytics
• Experience with complex problem solving and analysis using statistical methods, and predictive analytics;
• Experience working cross-functionally;
• Ability to develop new ideas and creative solutions;
• Ability to manage higher level of stakeholders;
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Experience with Python;
• Data Science skills.
