Role Overview:
As an Associate in the Founder's Office at CarePay, you will play a pivotal role in supporting strategic initiatives, managing critical projects, and liaising with cross-functional teams on behalf of the founder. This role is at the nexus of our operations, ensuring that the founder's vision is consistently communicated and executed across the organization.

Responsibilities:

a. Strategic Support:

1. Assist the founder in translating vision into actionable strategies and milestones.
2. Analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and market conditions to provide insights.
3. Facilitate key meetings and sessions, ensuring alignment across departments.
4. Operational Excellence:
5. Drive high-priority projects that stem from the founder's office, ensuring timely delivery and impact.
6. Liaise with various departments, ensuring the founder's directives are executed seamlessly.
7. Oversee performance metrics, ensuring the organization stays on course with the founder's objectives.

b. Communication and Relationship Management:

1. Serve as an interface between the founder's office and other internal/external stakeholders.
2. Manage critical communications and presentations on behalf of the founder.
3. Foster relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and potential investors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or a related field. Master's preferred.
• Proven experience in strategic roles, consulting, or working closely with leadership.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence across levels.
• Strategic thinker with robust problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
