Who Are You?
You are an Executive Assistant at any level of experience, eager to become a strategic business partner. Whether you're just starting out or you bring years of experience, you know you're more than just support staff. You want to be part of a company that supports growth and helps build businesses.
What You'll Do:
- Maximize the client’s efficiency: Manage their inbox, respond on their behalf, and keep operations running smoothly.
- Calendar Management: Ensure clients know where they need to be and when, with materials prepped and ideal days planned.
- Operations Management: Create SOPs, prepare presentations, take meeting minutes, and drive client goals.
- Representation: Attend meetings and speak on behalf of the CEO/Founder when necessary.
- Event Planning and Travel Coordination: Manage travel arrangements, accommodations, and event planning.
- Executive Outreach and External Relations: Organize and coordinate executive outreach and external relations.
- Expense Reporting: Record and submit expense reports.
- Personal Assistant Duties: Handle gifting, reservations, appointment confirmations, personal travel, etc.
- Ad Hoc Duties: Perform various tasks to keep a start-up running smoothly.
What You Bring:
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, managing priorities seamlessly for up to three clients at a time.
- Extremely high attention to detail, especially in operational responsibilities.
- Adaptability in personal, interpersonal, and leadership behavior for different situations.
- Proficiency with GSuite, Office, Zoom, Teams, Slack, Asana, Trello, and Notion.
- Creative problem-solving skills, adaptability to change, and independent challenge resolution.
- Forward-thinking and deliberate approach to challenges.
- Comfort with ambiguity, navigating uncertain situations, and driving for clarity.
- Innovative thinking and a willingness to seek new solutions.
- Love for creating order and a highly motivated, resilient mindset.
- Exceptional proactive thinking and independence in meeting deadlines.
- Passion for being an Executive Assistant and helping others succeed.
- Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- Relevant experience as an EA, CoS, or similar role, supporting a variety of executives and teams.
- Experience with start-ups and comfort with new technology.
- Experience in start-up fundraising is an asset.
- Located in North America.
The Fine Print:
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday office hours, with additional time as needed.
- Zones: Hiring across all time zones in North America
- PTO: 4 weeks.
- Company-Wide Shutdown: Last week of the year.

Salary will be commensurate with experience:
- 1 to 3 Years: $50 - $65K
- 3 to 5 Years: $65 - $75K
- 5+ Years: $75K - $90K
