About the Role
Kaymbu is seeking an inspired, self-driven Customer Success Associate (also called School Ambassador) interested in joining a thriving, fast-paced edtech startup that is committed to helping teachers and families connect in a meaningful way with one another.
School Ambassadors work directly with teachers and school staff to ensure that they are using our software successfully and to its fullest potential. You will troubleshoot issues, create and maintain resources for the Kaymbu community of educators, and make informed suggestions for product development. School Ambassadors bring a balance of system expertise, project management skills, empathetic support, and technical savvy to help our users be successful and ensure that the Kaymbu software grows and develops with its community. Your eagerness to roll up your sleeves and talk with educators will directly impact company growth. We are looking for someone who is a curious and creative mind, paired with exceptional communication skills -- both in writing and speaking.

Responsibilities
-Provide exceptional support to current Kaymbu users via phone, email, web and in-person training
-Manage onboarding for new Kaymbu users, including account creation and training
-Work with current users to develop and deepen their usage of the system
-Collaborate with the Business and Success teams on strategic projects to strengthen customer relationships and engagement with the system
Desired Skills and Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree
-Passion for providing an excellent experience to potential and current users
-Ability to multitask and follow through on projects
-Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
-Comfort speaking on the phone, in webinars, and in person
-Exceptional problem-solving and interpersonal skills
-Experience in education, operations, or IT support (preferred)
Please Note: While our company primarily operations on east coast hours, we are extending our support hours to provide more availability to our customers on the west coast. The person in this position will be able to work with some flexibility from 9 AM - 5 PM PT, and specifically will be responsible to phone support from 2 to 5 PM PT.
