Now Pools Manager

This role is a full time, salaried position. The Now Pools Manager will be responsible for everything from pre-season preparation to in-season service and scheduling to end of year takedown procedures. Job responsibilities will vary greatly on a daily basis and will appeal to a person who enjoys a frequently changing environment.

Responsibilities

• The following are responsibilities for the position:
• Leading a team of Now Pool Wavemakers (independent contractors) who install, takedown and service pools.
• Create and update weekly schedules for the team
• Organize inventory within the Now Pools warehouse
• Take sales and customer service calls and other online inquiries. Address sales and customer service opportunities as necessary.
  
• Support the online/social media presence of Now Pools.
• Train team members in various aspects of the company.
• Contribute content to Now Pools learning management system.
• Occasionally build or fix equipment related to the pools.
