Your Role

We are looking for an Associate Financial Advisor to join our team to accelerate Retirable’s growth. You will work with our VP of Operations to support our financial advisors with day to day operations and help onboard prospective clients to the Retirable platform. You will be instrumental in helping build out our new Associate Advisor foundation and helping clients achieve their financial goals.

We are looking for candidates with a diverse skill set, a natural ability to connect with people of all backgrounds, and a passion for helping people. You are a fast learner, with attention to detail and a background in financial services.

At Retirable, we're building a suite of products to make planning easier and more accessible so you can focus on doing what you do best: working with clients to build trusted relationships, solve problems, and deliver transformative advice.

The Value You Bring:

• Helping people make some of the biggest financial decisions of their lives - focusing on education, relationship building, and providing investment advice with fiduciary responsibility.
• Supporting our team across various workflows to expedite client onboarding to Retirable.
• Providing actionable feedback based on front-line knowledge of customer needs and workflows to shape the products we build and how we build all facets of the business.

About You:

• Are excited to join a seed-stage company and take an active part in shaping our operations department.
• Have experience in a customer service role and a knack for building trusted relationships.
• Have an efficiency superpower: you thrive in a fast paced environment, can identify workflow improvements and have strong attention to detail.
• Have the empathy to develop an in-depth understanding of our users' financial needs and behaviors.
• Are a strong verbal and written communicator with the ability to identify and deliver unique customer insights to cross functional teams.
• Have the desire to make retirement a reality for millions of Americans who are afraid they won’t have enough.
• Experience in financial services a plus.
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
