The Role:
The Business Development Representative (BDR) plays a crucial role in fueling our company's growth by generating new top-of-funnel opportunities through outbound prospecting. This role involves identifying potential customers, reaching out to key decision-makers, and booking qualified sales demos for our Sales Executives, thereby directly impacting our sales pipeline and revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use creative methods to proactively prospect potential customer opportunities using various channels (Email, Phone, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Engage with key decision-makers at target companies that align with our ideal customer profile.
- Achieve performance metrics, including booking a minimum of one qualified demo per day.
- Ensure demos are well-qualified with a high chance of closing and converting to customers.
*Compensation Overview: *$80,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE)
- $50,000/year Base Salary.
- Incentive for each Qualified Demo Booked.
- Commission on Closed Deals.
Requirements:
- Associates or Bachelors degree in relevent field.
- At least 1 year of experience in outbound lead generation, sales, or a similar role within B2B SaaS software.
- Familiarity of CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals.
- Comfortable with a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
