This is a role that will be based out of Southwest USA. You must be a US citizen that is already living in that region or willing to relocate to it.
Base Salary: $95-130K, with on-target earnings (OTE) in the $170-230K/year range. All amounts are in CAD. In USD, this is $70-90K, with on-target earnings (OTE) in the $120-170K/year range
--- The Company & Product ---
Mosaic is a venture-backed 3D printing technology company. Our goal is to bring 3D printing to the factory floor by reducing the Total Cost per Print hour, and introducing the first scalable solution for polymer-based 3D printing.
We are building the tools to make manufacturing more sustainable and resilient. With flexible and automated additive manufacturing platforms, we empower industries to create high-quality products on-demand where and when they are needed, reducing reliance on traditional, resource-intensive methods. Founded in 2014, Mosaic has scaled-up their patented multi-material 3D printing technology into a full ecosystem of additive manufacturing solutions that are enabling the world’s top companies to re-envision and modernize their polymer supply chains.

--- The Role ---
As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a critical role in bringing Mosaic’s cutting-edge 3D printing technology to the market, focusing on the Southwest region of the USA.. You will serve as the primary point of contact for sales opportunities, driving engagements with potential customers from initial conversations to successful implementations. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, strategic selling, and relationship-building skills to convert leads into long-term customers.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Driving sales of Mosaic’s hardware and software solutions: This includes managing net new sales for Southwest US.
- Lead generation and prospecting: Actively engage in outbound and inbound activities, identifying new business opportunities through targeted outreach and working with marketing to qualify leads.
- Technical solution selling: Understand the technical aspects of our 3D printing systems and be able to articulate their value in a variety of manufacturing environments. You’ll work with engineers, product managers, and decision-makers to demonstrate how our solutions address their specific challenges.
- Presentations and product demonstrations: Conduct webinars, product walkthroughs, and in-depth presentations for prospective customers, showcasing Mosaic’s capabilities in additive manufacturing.
- Sales process management: Own the full sales cycle, from lead qualification and proposal generation through contract negotiations and closing. Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders and deal paperwork.
- Customer relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive exceptional support throughout the sales process and beyond. This includes site visits for key milestones such as installations, project check-ins, and ongoing consultations.
- Collaborating with internal teams: Work closely with engineering, product, and marketing teams to share insights from customer interactions, suggest product improvements, and help coordinate product launches.
- Staying ahead of industry trends: Continuously improve your knowledge of the additive manufacturing space, staying up-to-date on market trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies.
- Your success will be measured by your ability to close deals, hit or exceed your sales quotas, and contribute to the growth of Mosaic’s market presence.
