*Role Overview: *
As the Project and Client Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes through our cutting-edge technology. You'll build robust relationships with customers, comprehensively understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive their success. This multifaceted role demands a proactive, customer-centric approach, fostering collaboration across internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
*Key Responsibilities: *
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones for customer onboarding projects, ensuring all project objectives are met within the agreed timeframe.
- Serve as the main point of contact for new customers during the onboarding process, providing clear communication and updates.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering, to ensure all aspects of the onboarding process are aligned and executed smoothly.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Continuously evaluate and improve onboarding processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Provide comprehensive training and support to customers during the onboarding phase to ensure they understand and can effectively use Dresslife’s technology.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, and action items. Monitor and report on project performance, using key metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
*Requirements: *
- 3+ years of experience in project management and customer success roles.
- Technical understanding of software solutions, preferably in the e-commerce or SaaS B2B space.
- Customer-first mindset with strong customer management skills.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
- Consulting background, ideally with experience from Accenture or similar firms.
- Experience in the e-commerce, fashion, or SaaS B2B industries is preferred.
- Proactive and fast-paced with excellent analytical and communication skills.
