Senior Associate - Customer Success (Talent)

About you

• Your favourite childhood pastime - calculating the total cost of groceries your parents had bought before the shopkeeper did
• You dreamt of discovering divisibility rule of 7, or an algorithm to determine if a number was prime or, better still, a theorem/ formula being named after you or discovering a new continent/island
• While reading about gravitational constant you wondered how did Newton or any of his predecessors find out the radius of earth
• Somewhere along the line you became vociferous reader of one or more of: pink papers, management literature, books by corporate honchos etc. (fiction does not count). Additionally you know interesting historical facts about companies like ITC, TCS, Asian paints etc.
• Today you can crack CAT with 95+ percentile score by getting drunk one day before but would not do your MBA as you have figured out the course has its origin in training Engineers who were not good enough to be natural leaders/ business managers. Moreover you do not see it worth investing two prime years of your youth and couple of million rupees
• At the same time, you know the job you do after an MBA requires basic life skills and you are sharp enough to learn it along the way, rather than waste two years of your youth studying for it
• Last but not the least, you are technology literate (ideally technology ninja but been there/ done that so want to look beyond)
