The Role:
In this dynamic role, you'll play a key part in fostering a thriving community for Kirana Club members. You'll be the bridge between product and growth.

What You'll Do:

• Unleash the Power of Creators: Develop strategies to leverage Kirana Club's creators to deliver exceptional value to our members.
• Design and execute innovative campaigns and events that engage and activate our community.
• Discover, nurture, and empower influencers to collaborate with leading FMCG brands.
• Analyze community data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

What We're Looking For:

• You possess exceptional written and spoken Hindi to effectively connect with our Bharat audience.
• You have a knack for building and engaging online communities.
• You can interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
• You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and are ready to roll up your sleeves.
• Committed to serving the community – day or night!

Bonus Points:

• You are a generalist and are up for new challenges.
• Familiarity with social media marketing and community management platforms.
