We are looking for a highly motivated, big-picture thinking, lead generation specialist who possess a growth mindset to join our fast-growing team. This person is overly communicative and an overachiever who is passionate about helping beauty and wellness centers grow their businesses.

About the company
We are an early-stage SaaS company based in Bangalore, India. We are building a first-of-its-kind tool to help beauty and wellness centers with their growth. We are on a mission to transform the business process of beauty and wellness centers throughout the world! We aim to grow 5-10X by next year.

What you will do

  • Perform various modes of demand generation activities like paid ads, landing pages, emails, social media engagement, blog posts, infographics, gamifications, brand partnerships, webinars, etc.
  • Continually evaluate the efficacy of content and marketing programs through a methodical, data-driven approach.
  • Proposing new initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads as well as testing new approaches to capture existing demand
  • Generate a consistent flow of top-funnel content to grab the attention of potential customers.
  • Strong knowledge of Demand generation and sales process
  • Prospect and generate qualified leads to hand off to the sales Team.
  • Schedule meetings with qualified leads for Sales Team
  • Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Effectively articulate and map our value proposition to the prospect’s pain points
  • Plan and execute PR strategies and events to support brand and product promotions
  • Analyze digital marketing performance and develop strategies for optimization
  • Coordinate with sales and product teams to align brand messaging and enhance the customer experience
  • Coordinate with sales and product teams to align marketing materials with customer needs and feedback.
  • Goal-oriented, have the ability to consistently meet or exceed quotas.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 2 years of lead generation experience
  • Prior sales experience is a plus
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
