Responsibilities:
- Strategic Development: Formulate and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that bolster brand visibility and sales growth, considering both digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Campaign Management: Spearhead the ideation, creation, and execution of marketing campaigns, including project launches, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with overall marketing goals and brand identity.
- Social Media: Oversee the management of social media profiles, creating engaging content to foster brand consistency and audience interaction.
- Market Research and Analytics: Conduct in-depth market research to gather insights on customer behaviour and industry trends. Utilize analytics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and guide strategic decisions.
- Content Creation and Management: Plan, create, and optimise of marketing content across various channels, ensuring relevance and alignment with marketing objectives and brand voice.
- Brand Management: Steer brand management efforts to strengthen brand equity, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand narrative across all marketing touchpoints.
- Creative Collaboration: Collaborate with creative teams, including designers, content writers, agencies, etc. to produce high-quality marketing materials that resonate with target audiences and uphold brand standards.
- Project Coordination: Ensure the timely and efficient rollout of marketing projects and campaigns, coordinating across departments to meet objectives within budget and deadline constraints.
- Leverage AI: Utilise AI-driven tools and technologies to enhance marketing strategies, optimise campaign performance, create content, and gather insights into customer behaviour and market trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms, analytics, and social media management.
- Exceptional communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
