Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at AutoUp, but with a twist: you will be fulfilling outbound campaigns for AutoUp clients. The role will effectively function as a hybrid of an SDR and a Client Success Manager (CSM), and will also be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, analyzing data and metrics to drive improvements, fulfilling cold email campaigns, and retaining customers (this will be incentivized, and heavily rewarded). The SDR/CSM will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Customer satisfaction, customer retention, and exceptional customer service skills
- Analytical skills for data analysis and performance tracking
- Relationship building skills to foster strong client relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience with B2B lead generation
- Experience with softwares like Instantly.ai, Clay, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Seamless, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
- Experience with Slack and Google Sheets
- A quick learner of new technologies and software
- Professional remote work setup including reliable internet, high-quality audio and video equipment, quiet space, clear background, and good lighting.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with Airtable
- Experience with AI and LLM models
What You'll Do

- Client communication via email, Slack, and Zoom
- Campaign creation and delivery
- Building tight lead lists
- Shipping golden email copy
