About the role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team, who can identify and build strong, lasting strategic relationships with new and existing partners in the industry.
Location
Hyderabad, Delhi NCR, Kolkatta
What you will do
Build new partnerships as well as manage & grow existing partnerships
Establish a working relationship with the partners teams including sales, product teams
Set targets and create a plan to achieve those targets
Work with the product and tech teams internally to launch the partnerships
Communicate and report the progress of existing as well as future partnerships
Prior experience
3+ years experience in Business Development or a similar role of growing business via partnerships and alliances
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, MBA from a top university in India preferred
Experience within a tech/fintech company or a startup is preferred
Prior experience of execution of strategies and tactics developed by the leadership team
Qualities that we look for
Outstanding written as well as oral communication and presentation skills
Data-driven, strong analytical skills, and able to understand metrics and the variables that drive growth
Heavy bias toward execution based on strong 80-20 prioritization
Result-oriented, take ownership of outcomes and able to communicate learnings to the rest of the team
Constant learner, proactive, and follows up when things don’t get resolved
