STUDIO MANAGER DAZN Brand and Marketing Operations department is looking for a new Studio Manager. This is an amazing opportunity to join the team as we look to streamline our processes, utilise new technologies and harness automation. This role is based in Hyderabad, India. As our new Studio Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to: · Working closely with the VP of Creative and Head of Automation to ensure that the full Monthly make list is progressing as planned, meeting management and stakeholder expectations such as hours allocation and delivery deadlines. This is for both promo video campaigns and design elements.· Management of departments project management systems (monday.com & Float) Respond to new briefs as they arrive Monday.com in a timely fashion, flagging up to decision makers in the Creative team of any issues such as high priority, urgent briefs. · In conjunction with Creative Team leadership in London allocate resource as advised in both monday.com and Float. · Create new projects within the diary system Float including unique job number, for easy access for Designers / editors etc to make sure they have all they need to commence work. Linking the brief details into each booking. · Create new profiles for any freelancers booked in all systems, and liaise with the Finance assistant (also based in Hyderabad) to ensure that they raise Po’s and invoices are processed in an accurate and timely fashion. · Ensure the hours booked in Float reflect an accurate picture, closing down each job as delivered and reconcile the hours spent for each individual project. · On completion of each project, make sure master files and project files are stored correctly in the departments archive systems (Dropbox and CMS). Work closely with the Post Production Technical assistant ( also based in Hyderabad) to make sure everything is stored correctly. · In conjunction the VP of Creative and Head of Automation, continue to improve and develop the department’s workflow and processes, in line with new innovation and technological advancements. · Maintenance of the creative teams calendar in Float, awareness of team leave, sickness etc. You’ll be set up for success if you have: • Worked in a similar role before for a large global organisation. • An eye for process. • Excellent and clear communications skills, mainly over email and Teams.• The ability to keep calm and measured in pressurised situations. Even better if you have: • Have a good understanding of the production process and how long things take to make in key software packages such as the Adobe Creative cloud suite, C4D
