Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience to help us design intuitive and engaging user experiences for our healthcare products. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in user interface design and user experience, with bonus points for previous work in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors. Analyze and interpret user feedback to inform design decisions.
• Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to illustrate design concepts and interactions.
• UI Design: Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that align with our brand and meet user needs. Ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
• UX Design: Develop user flows, journey maps, and personas to guide the design process and ensure a seamless user experience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to ensure the successful implementation of design solutions.
• Healthcare Focus: Leverage your knowledge and experience in the healthcare industry to create solutions that address the unique challenges and requirements of healthcare users.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance our products' usability and user experience.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design. Previous experience in the healthcare industry is highly desirable.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
  • Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating your UI/UX design skills and experience, particularly in healthcare (if applicable).
