Job Summary:
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO of our cutting-edge Robotics Vision Company, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO in managing daily operations, strategic initiatives, and communication. This position requires a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual who can handle a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the CEO's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, handling correspondence and inquiries.
- Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings attended by the CEO.
- Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating and tracking various projects, ensuring deadlines are met and progress is communicated effectively.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports or presentations for the CEO as needed.
- Event Planning: Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and other special projects.
- Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support such as filing, expense tracking, and office management tasks.
- Market Study and Funding Activities: Collaborate with the CEO in conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and identifying potential opportunities for business growth. Assist in preparing reports and presentations related to market analysis. Support the CEO in fundraising activities, including identifying potential investors, preparing pitch materials, and coordinating investor meetings.
Qualifications:
- Track record of excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of robotics or technology industry is a plus.
- Previous startup experience is a bonus
