Objectives of this role:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team at our Bangalore office, who will be responsible for finding potential clients and nurturing relationships with interested clients, thus expanding our customer base.
• Represent the company’s products and services, using comprehensive knowledge as well as consumer research to explain how our solution meets customer’s needs.
• Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding potential new sales opportunities.
• Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects.
• Attend product and sales training and develop an understanding of communication infrastructure.
RESPONSIBILITES
Responsibilities:
• Maintain a self-starter attitude while creating outreach strategies for new lead generation methods.
• Anticipate needs by studying services and conducting market research to identify new leads.
• Contact potential prospects through cold calls, emails to generate new sales opportunities, qualify leads and set up meetings.
• Identify the needs of prospects and suggest appropriate products or services.
• Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
• Meeting and Exceeding sales goals.
Required skills and qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or at least two years of relevant sales experience in B2B SaaS US Market, with a track record of exceeding lead & sales targets.
• Should have experience using LinkedIn Sales navigator or similar prospecting applications and other sales cycle related tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
