We are inviting applications from candidates who possess:
• Proven experience in prospecting leads, with strong business development and negotiation skills – essential.
• Proficiency in Italian, French, or Spanish – favorable but not essential.
• 1–3 years of retail partnerships or a similar business – essential.
• Experience working with brands and agencies – favorable but not essential.
• Experience in the luxury fashion industry – favorable but not essential.
• Interest in circular fashion/circularity – favorable but not essential.

Responsibilities
As a Business Development and Partnership Associate, you will play a vital role in building and managing retail partnerships for Do Not Wish.

Our partnerships span diverse locations and time zones, so flexibility and a willingness to travel as needed are required.
