Snowbus LTD (dba Reservewinter, Snowgroup) is an innovative and fast-paced startup on a mission to change winter sports travel forever. We are at the forefront of the space and are rapidly scaling our operations; as we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as Chief of Staff. This role is pivotal to our success, requiring a blend of strategic thinking, operational expertise, and leadership across multiple business functions.Responsibilities

Directly manage and lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the project/product, actively engaging in the allocation and utilization of resources for optimal performance. Take a front-line approach to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets, coordinating teams and vendors. Handle third-party engagements personally, maintaining quality standards and compliance. Manage transactions and integrating suppliers, ensuring hands-on involvement at every stage for successful project/product outcomes.
Description of Services
Project Planning and Execution:
Secure and optimize resource allocation, including personnel, technology, and materials.
Develop and maintain project timelines, adjusting schedules as necessary.
Oversee project budgets, track expenditures, and enforce cost controls.
Assist with capital raise processes

Team and Vendor Coordination:
Handle recruitment & assignments
Manage vendor contracts and stakeholder alignment.

Software Development Management:
Coordinate third-party firm, oversee deliverables, and manage contract.
Navigate project scope, schedule, and cost alterations, maintaining stakeholder communication.
Conduct technical evaluations via consultant, ensuring third-party output meets project standards.
Facilitate information exchange and maintain accurate technical documentation.

Supplier and Transaction Management:
Implement product and service supplier onboarding processes and oversee their integration into the platform.
Monitor user/supplier transactions for integrity and provide issue resolution support.
