Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with expertise in field sales to spearhead our efforts in expanding market share within the veterinary and ayurvedic clinic segments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of these markets and a proven track record of driving business growth through effective field sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prioritize key target accounts within the veterinary and ayurvedic clinic segments for business development and expansion
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and brand visibility within the target markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within identified accounts
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to develop tailored strategies and offerings that align with the specific needs of veterinary and ayurvedic clinics
- Conduct regular market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitive activity, and opportunities for growth
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and present tailored solutions that demonstrate the value of our products and services
- Travel to client locations for in-person meetings and presentations, as well as attendance at relevant industry conferences and events
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in field sales and business development, preferably within the healthcare, veterinary, or pharmaceutical industries
- Strong understanding of the veterinary and ayurvedic clinic markets, including key players, trends, and customer needs
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate a high level of initiative and self-motivation
- Results-driven mindset, with a focus on exceeding sales targets and driving business growth
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed**
