Role Overview:
We are seeking a Co-Founder with a strong background in sales and business development, and a deep understanding of the hospitality and food service industries. This role is crucial in expanding our market presence, forging strategic partnerships, and driving our sales strategy to align with the unique needs of hotels, coliving spaces, and restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a robust sales strategy tailored to the hospitality and restaurant sectors.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in hotels, coliving spaces, and restaurant chains.
  3. Identify market opportunities and trends to expand EdzeUp's reach and adapt its offerings to industry needs.
  4. Collaborate with the product team to ensure EdzeUp's features align with client expectations and industry standards.
  5. Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve and surpass targets.
  6. Represent EdzeUp at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and business opportunities.

Qualifications

  1. Proven track record in sales and business development, specifically in the SaaS, hospitality, or restaurant industries.
  2. Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in scaling a startup or a new business unit.
  3. Strong network in the hospitality and food service industries with a history of successful client engagements.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills:

  1. In-depth knowledge of SaaS business models and digital transformation in hospitality and food services.
  2. Experience in managing and growing a sales team.
  3. Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to business development.
